Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, faulty goods and refunds are handled for orders placed directly with Precision Military Emblems.
30-Day Returns
For eligible non-personalised items, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging where reasonably possible.
To request a return, email shop@precisionmilitaryemblems.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can identify and process your return correctly.
Return Postage for Ordinary Returns
If you return an eligible item because you have changed your mind and the item is not faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage.
Any original delivery charge will be refunded where required by UK consumer law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option are not refundable unless required by law.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Not-as-Described Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@precisionmilitaryemblems.com with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs where appropriate.
Precision Military Emblems will cover the reasonable cost of return postage for faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described goods.
Where appropriate, we will provide a return shipping label or agree the return-postage arrangements with you before the item is sent back.
We will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Made-to-Order and Personalised Items
Many Precision Military Emblems products are manufactured after an order is placed. Being made after an order is placed does not by itself remove your statutory cancellation rights.
However, goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised may be exempt from the statutory right to cancel for change-of-mind reasons. Where an item is genuinely bespoke or personalised, this will be made clear where applicable.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
UK Online Cancellation Rights
For eligible goods purchased online, UK consumers normally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions set out in consumer law.
After notifying us of cancellation, you must return the goods within the applicable statutory period.
Our 30-day returns period for eligible non-personalised items is offered in addition to those statutory rights.
For a change-of-mind cancellation or return, you are responsible for the cost of return postage, as stated above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the return has been accepted and a refund is due.
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Where the statutory cancellation rules apply, refunds will be made within the time required by law. For other accepted returns, we aim to process the refund promptly and normally within 10 business days of approval.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like a different eligible item, please contact us. In many cases the simplest option is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
