All of our items are made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect. This does not affect your legal rights.
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Made-to-Order & Personalised Items – UK Returns Policy
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications, clearly personalised, or faulty/incorrect.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before production has started. Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
