Thank you for shopping with us. All of our items are made to order, which means each product is individually produced especially for you.
Processing Times
Because our products are made to order, please allow:
3–7 working days for production
During busy periods, production may take up to 10 working days
Processing times begin the next working day after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (UK)
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – 2–3 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24 – 1–2 working days
Evri Standard Delivery – 2–4 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and selected delivery service.
From time to time, we may offer free UK shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
If you select a tracked service, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delays
While we aim to meet all stated time frames, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, postal disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch (for tracked services), please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
