Production and Dispatch

Our standard catalogue products are made to order in Leicestershire. This production process does not make a product personalised or bespoke.

Please allow 7–10 working days for production before dispatch. During busy periods, such as Remembrance and Christmas, lead times may be slightly longer. We will keep you informed of any significant delay.

Processing begins on the next working day after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Destinations

We offer delivery to the destinations available at checkout. Delivery availability and charges are shown before you complete your order.

UK Delivery

Tracked UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Free UK Delivery

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £70. Delivery charges for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may not be the responsibility of the delivery service.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and assist you.
