Official MOD-Licensed Military Display Piece
Celebrate the proud heritage of The Rifles with this officially licensed King’s Crown Cap Badge Display Frame. The Rifles were formed in 2007 through the amalgamation of four distinguished light infantry and rifle regiments — the Devonshire and Dorset Light Infantry, the Light Infantry, the Royal Green Jackets, and the Royal Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Wiltshire Light Infantry — creating the largest regiment in the British Army. Inheriting a proud tradition of marksmanship, fieldcraft, and speed from the rifle regiments of the Napoleonic Wars, The Rifles have served with distinction in Afghanistan, Iraq, and across the world.
This precision display frame faithfully reproduces the regiment’s distinctive King’s Crown insignia in full colour, hand-finished in authentic Rifles colours and ready to hang straight from the box.

About the Badge
The Rifles cap badge features a bugle horn with strings — the universal symbol of the rifle and light infantry tradition — surmounted by the King’s Crown (Tudor Crown), with a scroll bearing the title The Rifles. The bugle reflects the regiment’s heritage of using bugle calls rather than drums to command troops in the field, a tradition born from the need for speed, stealth, and independent action since the Peninsular War. This King’s Crown variant represents service during the reign of His Majesty King Charles III.
