Celebrate the heritage of The King’s Regiment with this officially licensed cap badge. The regiment was formed in 1958 through the merger of The King’s Regiment (Liverpool) and The Manchester Regiment, became simply The King’s Regiment in 1968 and continued in British Army service until 2006.

During its service, the regiment undertook light infantry and mechanised or armoured infantry roles and deployed to locations including Kenya, Kuwait, Berlin, Northern Ireland, Hong Kong, West Germany, the Falklands, Iraq and Kosovo. In 2006 it merged with The King’s Own Royal Border Regiment and The Queen’s Lancashire Regiment to form The Duke of Lancaster’s Regiment.
