Official MOD-Licensed Military Display Piece
Celebrate the proud heritage of the Lincolnshire Regiment with this officially licensed Cap Badge Display Frame. One of England's historic county regiments, its lineage dates to 1685. Its predecessors fought at Blenheim in 1704 and the regiment went on to serve through to the Second World War. Under the Army reforms of 1881 it became the Lincolnshire Regiment, later receiving the 'Royal' prefix after the Second World War. In 1960, the Royal Lincolnshire Regiment amalgamated with the Northamptonshire Regiment to form the 2nd East Anglian Regiment, which became part of the Royal Anglian Regiment in 1964. Its proud heritage lives on in the traditions of the Royal Anglian Regiment and in the memories of those who served.
This display features a precision reproduction of the Lincolnshire Regiment's distinctive cap badge, presented within a premium deep box frame against a professionally pigment-printed regimental backing. The badge and backing are carefully hand mounted, with each finished display individually assembled in Leicestershire.
