About the Badge
The Royal Army Medical Service cap badge — introduced in late 2024 — unites elements from its three founding corps: the Rod of Asclepius (serpent coiled around a sword) from the RAMC, the sword blade from the RADC, and the Dannebrog Cross from the QARANC. A laurel wreath encircles the design, surmounted by the King's Crown, reflecting the corps' vital role in sustaining the fighting strength of the British Army.
