About the Badge
The Queen's Regiment cap badge features the Tudor Dragon rampant within a blue garter ring bearing the motto "Honi soit qui mal y pense" (Shame on him who thinks evil of it), surmounted by a crown and the Prince of Wales's feathers — a heraldic emblem with deep roots in the regiment's antecedent, The Buffs (Royal East Kent Regiment). A blue scroll beneath reads "Queen's".
