Celebrate the heritage of the Worcestershire and Sherwood Foresters Regiment (WFR) with this officially licensed full-colour cap badge display piece. The regiment was formed in 1970 through the amalgamation of the Worcestershire Regiment and the Sherwood Foresters, recruited primarily in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Worcestershire, and became part of The Mercian Regiment in 2007.

About the Badge
The Worcestershire and Sherwood Foresters cap badge combines the traditions of both parent regiments: an elongated eight-pointed star and the motto tablet FIRM from the Worcestershire Regiment, with a Maltese Cross and a lodged stag from the Sherwood Foresters. The stag sits within the Garter at the centre of the design.
